Our largest indoor space has a maximum capacity of 180 people. This space is ideal for large meetings, concerts, and gatherings. The rental of the Sanctuary includes the use of the grounds directly north of the building.
This space offers unique midcentury architecture, inspired by the surrounding Palmetto trees. The massive sky lights and large side doors create a comfortable and illuminated atmosphere. During the cool winter months, the side doors can be opened to the lush tropical lawn.
With an open layout, the Sanctuary offers many set-up possibilities to accommodate your event. Rental of the Sanctuary includes the use of chairs and available tables.
Sanctuary: $75 per hour
Sexton: $75 for up to four hours; $20 for each additional hour. It is required for the Sexton to be onsite for all one time rentals.
Kitchen: $100 per event; includes use of the pots and pans, ovens and burners, ice as available, and surface space. Does NOT include dishes, flatware, freezer, refrigerator (except for minimal use) and dishwasher.
Piano: $150 per event; includes use of piano and ensures the piano will be in tune for your event. Piano use must be approved by UUCM.
